The inner layer can be put into the reaction solvent for stirring reaction, and the middle layer can be connected with different hot and cold sources (refrigerating liquid, hot water or hot oil) for circulating heating or cooling reaction. Under the set condition of constant temperature, the reaction can be carried out in the closed stainless steel reactor.
Stainless steel reactor, according to the requirements of the use of atmospheric pressure or negative pressure conditions for stirring reaction, and can do the reaction solution reflux and distillation, is a modern fine chemical industry.

Product Features.
1. Frequency conversion speed control, AC induction motor. Constant speed, no brush, no spark, safe and stable, can work continuously.
2. The whole set of instrument is made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, which has good chemical and physical properties.
3. Mezzanine interface through the hot oil after circulation, can do heating reaction, through the freezing liquid can be low temperature reaction.
4. It can be reacted at room temperature, and the heat of reflection can be taken away quickly when it is connected with tap water.
5. Stainless steel ball valve is used in the discharge port, no dead angle in the container, and it can be disassembled for easy discharging of solid materials.
6. Six-port reactor cover, oversized port design for easy cleaning, standard port socket can be selected to assemble reflux, distillation synthesis device.
