Double-layer stainless steel reactor is a double-layer stainless steel design,the inner layer can be put into the reaction solvent to do stirring reaction,and the sandwich layer can be connected to different hot and cold sources(frozen liquid,hot water or hot oil)to do circulating heating or cooling reaction.Under the condition of setting constant temperature,in the closed stainless steel reactor,the stirring reaction can be carried out under the condition of atmospheric pressure or negative pressure according to the requirements of use,and the reflux and distillation of the reaction solution can be done,which is the ideal pilot plant and production equipment for modern fine chemical plant,bio-pharmaceuticals and the synthesis of new materials.

Product Features.

1.Frequency conversion speed control,AC induction motor.Constant speed,no brush,no spark,safe and stable,can work continuously.

2.The whole set of instrument is made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel,which has good chemical and physical properties.

3.Mezzanine interface through the hot oil after circulation,can do heating reaction,through the freezing liquid can be low temperature reaction.

4.It can be reacted at room temperature,and the heat of reflection can be taken away quickly when it is connected with tap water.

5.Stainless steel ball valve is used in the discharging port,there is no dead corner in the container,and it can be disassembled for easy discharging of solid materials.

6.Eight-port reactor lid,oversized port design for easy cleaning,standard port socket can be selected to assemble reflux,distillation synthesis device.
