Lifting and rotating double-layer glass reactor is on the basis of ordinary glass reactor, with automatic lifting function and kettle body rotating function added. The automatic lifting part means that the kettle cover and its connected stirring system, condensation system, drip filling system and all parts above the kettle cover rise or fall together. Rotating means that the kettle body can rotate about 150 degrees to the left manually after the kettle cover and the above parts are lifted up, which is convenient for direct pouring and cleaning. Our lifting glass reactor can do double and triple glass kettle.
Usage characteristics:
1、The kettle body and kettle cover are separated, the kettle cover and the part above the kettle cover can be lifted and lowered electrically, and the kettle body can be disassembled and rotated manually by about 150 degrees, which is convenient for charging and kettle cleaning.
2、The kettle cover is made of PTFE, good sealing, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, safe operation.
3、High borosilicate glass (expansion factor 3.3), high strength, high temperature and corrosion resistance.
4、Stirring system adopts ceramic bearings, mechanical sealing, to prevent the stirring rod wear and chip, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, sealing effect is good.
