Double glass reactor is double glass design,the inner layer can be put into the reaction solvent to do stirring reaction,and the interlayer can be connected with different hot and cold sources(frozen liquid,hot water or hot oil)to do circulating heating or cooling reaction.Under the condition of constant temperature,the stirring reaction can be carried out under atmospheric pressure or negative pressure in the closed glass reactor according to the requirements,and the reflux and distillation of reaction solution can be done,which is the ideal pilot plant and production equipment for modern fine chemical plant,biopharmaceuticals and new material synthesis.

Product Features.

1.Frequency conversion speed control,AC induction motor.Constant speed,no brush,no spark,safe and stable,can work continuously.

2.The whole set of glass instrument is made of GG17 high borosilicate glass,which has good chemical and physical properties.

3.The glass sandwich interface can do heating reaction by passing hot oil through circulation,and can do low temperature reaction by passing frozen liquid.

4.It can be reacted at room temperature,and the heat of reflection can be taken away by tap water quickly.

5.The discharging port has flange and PTFE valve,there is no dead corner in the container,and it can be disassembled for discharging solid materials.

6.Six-port reactor lid, extra-large port design for easy cleaning, standard port socket for optional assembly of reflux, distillation synthesis unit.
