Stainless steel autoclave inspection method

Stainless steel autoclave inspection method

Stainless steel high-pressure reactor relative to the glass reactor to be strong and durable, but still need to carry out regular checks, stainless steel reactor how to check, all need to check where?Including external inspection, internal inspection and check whether the use of parameters up to standard.

Appearance Inspection:

Inspect the external surface of the autoclave to ensure that there is no obvious mechanical damage, corrosion, cracks, etc.

Confirm that all welded parts are free of defects, such as cracks, porosity, etc.

Check whether the fixtures and brackets are firm and free from looseness.

Sealing performance check:

Check whether the seals of the autoclave are intact and free from damage or wear.

Confirm the flatness and cleanliness of the sealing surfaces, and clean and maintain them if necessary.

Conduct sealing performance test to ensure no leakage under the specified working pressure.

Internal Inspection:

Open the manhole or inspection hole of the autoclave and inspect the interior for corrosion, scaling, deposits, etc.

Check whether the internal components, such as stirrer, heating element, etc.,are intact and undamaged.

Confirm that all connecting pipes, valves, instruments, etc.are working properly.

Safety accessories check:

Check whether safety accessories such as safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, etc.are calibrated and within the validity period.

Confirm whether the set pressure of the safety valve meets the working pressure requirement of the equipment.

Check whether the emergency stop system is sensitive and reliable.

Electrical and control system check:

Check whether all electrical connections are firm and insulation is good.

Confirm that the meters, indicator lights, alarm system, etc.on the control panel are working properly.

Function test the automatic control system to ensure that the autoclave can run automatically according to the preset programme.

Performance test:

Carry out test run under no load or simulated load to check whether the equipment can reach the specified temperature and pressure.

Monitor key parameters such as temperature, pressure, stirring speed, etc.to ensure they are within normal limits.

Check whether the use of parameters up to standard:

In addition to these internal and external direct inspection, you can also carry out pressure testing, temperature testing, motor speed testing and other test data in actual use.The kettle will be injected with water and then connected to the vacuum pump, you can vacuum or into the pressure to test the pressure resistance;through the heating or refrigeration to test the temperature control is normal;start from a small speed to gradually increase the speed to test the speed control is normal,of course, the prerequisite is to ensure that pressure gauges, thermometers, speed sensors are able to work properly. These tests can be done every few cycles.
