Rotary evaporator is mainly used for continuous distillation of a large number of volatile solvents under reduced-pressure conditions,especially in chromatographic separation of extract concentration and the distillation of the receiving solution can be separated and purified reaction products.The application of rotary evaporator is mainly in the pharmaceutical,chemical,biological products and other industries in the scientific research and production process.Its functions are evaporation,concentration,crystallisation,drying,separation and solvent recovery.The principle of evaporation under vacuum negative pressure condition with constant temperature heating film is proposed.Customers can choose different models according to different needs.

The operation method of rotary evaporator:

1.High and low adjustment;manual lift,rotary column above the handwheel,smooth turn for the rise,reversed for the fall.Electric lift,hand touch rise key host rise,hand touch fall key host fall.

2.condenser on the two external connectors is connected to the cooling water,one end of the water inlet,the other end of the water,generally connected to the tap water,the lower the temperature of the condensate,the better the effect.The upper port is equipped with vacuum connector,connect the vacuum pump hose for vacuum.

3.small rotary evaporator before switching on the speed knob to small,press the power switch indicator light,and then slowly rotate to the right to the desired speed,generally large evaporation flask with medium,low speed,viscosity of the solution with a lower speed.Flask is a standard interface 24,randomly attached to the 500ml,1000ml two kinds of flasks,the amount of solution is generally not more than 50%of the appropriate.

4.rotary evaporator use,should first decompression,and then start the motor rotating distillation flask,the end of the first stop motor,and then through the atmosphere,in order to prevent the distillation flask in the rotation fall off.

caveat:

1.Avoid prolonged operation at high temperatures to prevent damage to the equipment or decomposition of the sample.

2.Wear protective glasses and gloves during operation to prevent chemicals from damaging the skin and eyes.

3.Regularly check the sealing performance of the rotary evaporator to ensure the vacuum level.

4.Clean the equipment in time after use to prevent residues from affecting the results of the next experiment.
