The operation process of the lifting high-pressure reactor:
1.Switch on and add reaction reagents to it.Then,place the reactor in the stand and add the liquid cleaning agent,which avoids exceeding the safety pressure,to the exhaust valve.
2.Next,the electric heater and mixer are activated under the protection of safety devices.As the temperature rises,the reagents gradually undergo a chemical reaction.At this point,the reaction bottle can be observed by looking at the feed port,the sight window or using a non-contact infrared thermometer to observe the situation inside the reaction bottle.
3.After completing the experiment,you need to switch off the electric heater and stirrer,so that the temperature and pressure return to the normal state and stop the air intake.Wait for the reaction kettle to cool down,and then take out the operation,pay attention to avoid stabbing or scalding and other safety accidents.
Lifting high-pressure reactor maintenance methods:
1.Check whether all instruments and their accessories are intact and undamaged in time before operation.
2.Check the connection of heater,temperature controller and round water valve before use.
3.For the use of high-pressure reactor,it is necessary to regularly replace the sealing ring and vacuum degreasing treatment of accessories.
4.After use,the kettle needs to be cleaned and sterilised by pressure doubling if necessary.
5.In order to ensure the test results,it is also necessary to regularly check and calibrate the temperature gauge,pressure gauge and thermocouple and other components.
