Installation points of high-pressure reaction kettle

High pressure reaction kettle is an airtight container used to carry out chemical reactions,capable of working under high temperature and high pressure,widely used in the fields of petrochemicals,pharmaceuticals,dyestuffs,chemicals and so on.

Installation points for high pressure reactors:

1、The autoclave should be placed indoors.When equipping more than one autoclave,they should be placed separately.Each operation room should have direct access to the outdoor or channel outlet,should ensure that the equipment location is well ventilated.

2、When installing the kettle cover,the sealing surface between kettle body and kettle cover should be prevented from knocking each other.Put the kettle cover on the kettle body carefully according to the fixed position,and when tightening the main nut,it must be tightened gradually in several times according to the diagonal and symmetry.The force should be uniform,do not allow the kettle cover to tilt to one side,in order to achieve a good sealing effect.

3、positive and negative nut coupling,only allowed to rotate the positive and negative nut,the two arc sealing surface shall not be rotated relative to the**nut thread coupling assembly,should be coated with lubricating oil.

4、needle valve line sealing,only need to gently rotate the valve needle,pressure tight sealing surface,you can achieve good sealing effect.

5、Check whether the operation is flexible by hand coiling the rotary body on the kettle.

6、the controller should be placed flat on the operating table,its working environment temperature is 10-40℃,relative humidity is less than 85%,the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gases.

7、check the panel and the back panel of the movable parts and fixed contacts are normal,draw open the top cover,check whether the contact of the connectors is loose,whether there is damage or corrosion caused by transportation and poor storage.

8、the controller should be reliably grounded.

9、connect the wires,including the power cord,controller and kettle between the furnace line,motor line and temperature sensors and tachometer wire.

10、the panel"power"air switch closed,the digital display should be displayed.

11、in the digital display table set up a variety of parameters(such as the upper limit of the alarm temperature,operating temperature,etc.)and then,press the"heating"switch,the furnace is connected,while the"heating"switch on the indicator light.Adjust the"regulator"knob,you can adjust the furnace heating power.


Precautions for High Pressure Reactors:

1、operator training:the staff operating the high-pressure reactor must be professionally trained to understand the structure,performance,operation methods and safety knowledge of the equipment.

2、Safety regulations:Before operation,you should read and understand the instruction manual of the equipment in detail,and follow all the safety regulations and operation steps.

3、Equipment inspection:Before starting,all parts of the reactor should be inspected,including seals,heating system,cooling system,safety valve,etc.,to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.

4、Pressure and temperature control:Strictly control the pressure and temperature in the reaction kettle,which shall not exceed the maximum working pressure and temperature specified in the equipment.

5,feeding requirements:feeding should be carried out in strict accordance with the process procedures,pay attention to the material ratio,feeding speed and order.

6、Emergency stop system:Make sure the emergency stop system is in the available state,so as to stop the machine quickly in case of abnormality.

7、Personal protection:Operators should wear appropriate personal protective equipment,such as protective glasses,anti-acid and alkali gloves,gas masks and so on.

8、Emergency plan:Make and familiarize with the emergency plan,including the countermeasures in case of equipment failure,chemical leakage and so on.

9、Maintenance and overhaul:Regularly maintain and overhaul the reaction kettle to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

10、Environmental monitoring:monitor the environment around the reactor to ensure that there is no gas leakage and other environmental pollution problems.

11、Compliance with laws and regulations:Comply with the national safety standards and environmental protection laws and regulations concerning the high pressure reactor.

12、Accident report:Once an accident occurs,the emergency plan should be started immediately and the accident should be reported in accordance with the stipulated procedures.

Installation of high pressure reactors is a complex process that requires specialized knowledge and skills.Therefore,it is recommended that the installation be carried out under the guidance of a professional engineer and follow the relevant safety codes and standards.
