Before installing,using,maintaining and checking the double-layer glass reactor,please make sure to read the whole contents of this manual and use it correctly;
The power supply voltage must be the same as that specified in this instrument.
Double-layer glass reactor should not run at high speed without load;
The life of its electrical box is greatly influenced by the surrounding temperature and humidity.
Please insist on speed regulation and dry motor;
The double-layer glass reactor should first install the machine and then be wired and energised by a professional electrician.Ground terminal must be grounded.
High temperature bath pot must be connected to the air switch;
Double-layer glass reactor cut off the power supply within 5 minutes,due to inverter or capacitor discharge may still be electrocuted;
Pay attention to the damage of hard objects(watches,rings,belt buckles,etc.)on the glass during its operation;
Be careful when connecting the vacuum hose,so as not to break the glass with too much force on the human body;
Need to use high-temperature circulating oil bath,pay attention to high-temperature damage to the human body,it is recommended to use a small damage to the human body of the heat conduction oil(dimethyl silicone oil,kinematic viscosity of 100 as a solvent).
Particular attention should be paid to the high temperature cycle,you should first open the circulation pump,so that the heat conduction solvent for circulation,slowly rise in temperature.
