1,After opening the package,check whether the main accessories of the machine are complete according to the packing list.
2、Assemble the frame with stainless steel tube and fixing parts as shown in the attached drawing.
3、Install the electrical box at the top of the right rear pole and tighten the screws,insert the five-core plug.Install the vacuum gauge at the left rear end and tighten the screws.
4、According to the use of height,the kettle round bracket fixed on the vertical rod slider,kettle on the bracket,semi-circular hoop used to fix the kettle neck were inserted into the vertical rod slider,tighten the fixing screws after the close,the installation of attention to the kettle body vertical.
5、Stirring rod is fixed on the tooth ring chuck of motor spindle,the stirring rod goes through the middle of the cover to rotate the bearing,tighten the connector,and then adjust the position of the motor,pay attention to the vertical concentricity.
6、The slider on the vertical rod is a stainless steel multi-purpose clamp fixed to adjust different directions and heights.
7,kettle cover on the left side of the 40#standard port for the charging port connected to the constant pressure funnel,the right side of the 50#ball mill mouth inserted serpentine reflux condenser,in front of the 24#standard port for the thermometer casing mouth,the hat behind the 34#standard port for the multifunctional spare port,the bottom is equipped with a discharge valve,the kettle body up and down respectively for the circulating liquid import and export.The lower port is connected to the circulating liquid inlet,and the upper port is connected to the circulating liquid reflux port.
8、Installation of glass instruments must be clean,each interface with petroleum jelly,to prevent the phenomenon of glass hold phenomenon,and then coated with vacuum grease to prevent air leakage.
9,press the universal wheel fixture,stirring,if the stirring is stable,that debugging has been good.
How to use the double-layer glass reactor:
1、Check whether the power supply voltage is the same as the specification provided on the nameplate of the machine*.
2、Plug in the power supply,turn on the power switch on the inverter,and use the speed knob to select the suitable speed.
3、The flow of material and the power of motor speed may resonate at a certain point,please change the speed of motor to avoid resonance.
4、After the stirring bar is mounted,it must be rotated by hand,pay attention to whether the concentricity is good or not,such as the concentricity is not good should be loosened and re-clamped,clamped correctly and then turn on the power supply,adjusted gradually from slow to fast.
5、Use the stirring bar adjuster,you can make the stirring leaf up and down 5cm as needed.
6、If you find the kettle sealing performance decreases,please check the rotary bearing in the stirrer set.
7、All glass instruments of this reaction device are made of GG-17 low expansion coefficient high temperature resistant borosilicate glass.Users who match their own reaction bottles and other glass instruments should confirm the glass material to ensure the safe use.
8,the glass kettle on the sandwich external circulation port,pass on the hot oil can do heating reaction,can on the coolant can carry on the low temperature reaction,if the use of steam heating,not more than 0.5K-1K.(Try not to use pressure steam heating).
9,in the low temperature test,the bottom of the discharge valve will be frost,the use of the valve must be the first partial thawing,in order to prevent stranded glass.
10,the use of the solution,such as particles in the object,discharge may be deposited in the valve leftover PTFE piston,and then use the airtightness will have an impact,be sure to clean each time after discharging,and then use it again.
Notes:
Prohibit the use of hydrofluoric acid,highly concentrated lye and broken glass devices.
Avoid use in outdoor or rainy environment to prevent electric shock.
Pay attention to the possible high or low temperature of kettle surface and piping.
Disconnect the power first in case of abnormality and then troubleshoot.
Avoid excessive temperature deviation between inside and outside the kettle to prevent glass breakage.
Control the circulating fluid pressure to avoid too high to cause rupture.
Clean the kettle in time after use to maintain the sealing effect.
Use personal protective equipment,such as protective glasses and gloves.
