The solution to warm up is as follows:

1、choose special insulation cotton,will explosion-proof glass reactor wrapped up,play a heat preservation effect,can effectively prevent the temperature too much loss,provide warming speed.

2、Improve the setting temperature of high temperature oil bath(high temperature circulator)appropriately,so that the explosion-proof glass reaction kettle accepts higher temperature and shorten the heating time.When the double-layer glass reaction degree is close to the use temperature,then adjust the temperature of the high-temperature oil bath down to the actual use temperature.

3、explosion-proof glass reactor solution should not be crowded at once,so as to affect the speed of heating,you can choose to add liquid batch by batch,*the second addition of liquid for the capacity of one-half or so,the temperature rises to close to the set temperature,in the kettle to add materials,in accordance with the above method,adding liquid by batch!It can also effectively provide the rate of temperature rise!


Solution:

Ensure proper operation of the heating system and increase the power of the heater if necessary.

Check and clean the heat exchange system to ensure that the flow rate and temperature of the heat transfer medium are appropriate.

Strengthen insulation measures to reduce heat loss.

Calibrate and optimise the temperature control system to ensure accurate control of the heating process.

If possible,optimise the design of the reactor,e.g.increase the heating area or improve the heat exchange method.

Optimise operating conditions,e.g.by increasing the liquid level or pressurisation as appropriate,to improve thermal efficiency.
