50L glass reactor is a new type of glass reactor which has been improved on the basis of single-layer multifunctional glass reactor for many years. It achieves the requirements of convenient high and low temperature, rapid heating and cooling, and is a synthetic material for modern laboratory, chemical, pharmaceutical and heart materials.
50L glass reactor is widely used in petroleum, chemicals, rubber, pesticides, dyes, medicines, sulphide food, nitrification, hydrogenation, hydrocarbons, polymerisation reaction, pressure vessel for condensation process.
This is often encountered on the wall when using a 50L glass reactor.
The main manifestations are as follows.
1.Operation balance degree when the temperature? When the pressure and temperature control process is unstable or fluctuates too much, the polycondensation process of the resin is not uniform, which can easily cause adhesion. Therefore,in the production operation,it should be slowly pressurised and preheated.Typically, water vapour of about 0.15 MPa is allowed to pass through for 2-3 minutes, and then the pressure is gradually raised to increase the temperature. The raising rate is preferably 0.1-0.15 MPa per minute.
2.Raw material factors. As the sulphate content of urea is too high, when urea is added at a later stage of the polycondensation reaction of the resin,it is equivalent to adding a curing agent to help the resin cross-link into a network structure quickly. If the treatment is not carried out in time, different resins will be made. Therefore, standard industrial urea feedstocks should be used in production to limit the sulphate content of the urea to less than 0.0001.
3.50L Glass Reactor Reaction Temperature and Time When the temperature of the reaction solution is below 80°C,if ammonium chloride is used as a catalyst, ammonium chloride reacts quickly, the pH value does not show up high and the pH value drops rapidly after the temperature rises, the reaction rate increases and the polycondensation reaction is too strong not to cause gelation, which leads to the glass reactor adhering to the wall.
In order to avoid the phenomenon of sticking wall, the following measures can be taken:
Choose the right material and lining for the reactor.
Optimise the reaction conditions to avoid excessive temperature and pressure.
Ensure adequate stirring, use suitable stirring speed and method.
Regularly inspect and maintain the kettle to ensure that the inner wall is smooth and undamaged.
Clean the reactor thoroughly before use to remove all residues.
Add anti-adhesive or surfactant to the reaction solution to reduce adhesion.
